In planning your special event, we understand the importance of knowing the details up front. Below we list the standard information, but we are flexible and will work with you to make your event perfect.

Capacity:

  • Seated: 150

  • Reception: 350

Dance Floor / Stage: Yes

A/V Equipment: Sound and projectors provided

Parking: Yes

Tables: 20 8' round tables provided

Chairs: 100 padded chairs provided

 

Costs:

Rental: $1,200 for the first 6 hours; $120 for each additional hour

Security (required if alcohol is being served): 2 security personnel for 6 hours included; $100 for each additional hour

Valet parking (optional): $500

A/V set up (required if using equipment): $100; assistance is provided during the first hour of your event to get you started

 

Preferred Vendors:

We have worked with a number of event planners, DJs, and caterers that we can recommend to make planning your event easy. If you are already working with vendor(s), we will work with them to personalize the space for you.
